Recreation and Parks requires us to have background checks perfomed on our coaches.  The checks last for one year or until the expiration date shown on your SMCR&P issued badge.  Recreation and Parks background check forms can now be completed online via a secure website, this saves SMS volunteers many hours.  Click the graphic below to submit your background check form online.
